You will receive a questionaire to complete after purchasing. Please be specific when completing the questionaire. The questionnaire will be used for your project.
Once logo concepts have been approved and finalized, clients will receive an Dropbox link to their email that will contain a folder including all content designed by ER Creative Co. Logo files will be exported in PNG, SVG, PDF, and JPG format. You may access your files at anytime.
Full Brand Identity Suite
- A clear vision of how you'd like your services to be created. Specify color palettes, patterns, font styles, etc that you'd like within your design.
- Brand color palette with hex codes. If you have trouble developing a brand color palette, visit www.colorhunt.co
- Typography (Sans Serif, Serif, etc,)
- You must submit all required information via email info@ercreativeco.com
- All services include a revision limit of 3. You'll be provided with drafts of the service requested and if changes are needed, you have up to 3 revisions to make changes after the drafts are issued. After the third revision is made, the project will be considered finalized unless client needs an additional revision which will result in an additional fee per revision.
- All sales are final. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Turnaround time is approximately 7-14 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
