  • Can I receive a refund?
    All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered ER Creative Co does NOT provide refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. By purchasing any service you [client] are agreeing to our no refund policy.
  • Are revisions allowed?
    Yes. For all projects done by ER Creative Co, there is a limit of (3) revisions. Any revision after final design is approved will incur a $10 fee per revision.
  • How long does it typically take to complete a design project?
    Turnaround times are listed under each service. Our standard turnaround time is 7-14 Business Days. Weekends and holidays do not constitute as business days. In the case of high order volume, turnaround times can be extended. You will be notified if there is a delay to your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Both parties may terminate the service at any time if the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. ER Creative Co retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created, if cancellation! If client cancels after design completion, there will be absolutely NO refunds.
  • Do you offer service for service?
    At this time, we do not offer exchange services.
  • Do you accept deposits?
    No. Payment in full is REQUIRED before any service is provided.
  • Do you offer printing services?
    Unfortunately, we no longer offer printing services. However, we can recommend you printing companies to utilize with our services.
  • When can I expect an update on my project?
    Updates will be sent out within our average turnaround time. In the case of high order volume, turnaround time may change. In this case, you will be notified. Otherwise, updates will be sent no later than the 14th business day.
